Merry met again, my good readers. For those of you following the saga of my Appalachian Urban Fantasy novella, you’ll be happy to know that Beneath Blair Mountain is out! You can find it on Amazon and Goodreads or read more about it on 1888’s website.
Beneath Blair Mountain was one of three books selected for publication after making into the top ten of 1888 and JukePop’s Summer Writing Project 2015. The other two novellas are Let’s Stalk Rex Jupiter! by Allison Spector and A Stalled Ox by Dean Moses. You can read about all three books and cover artist Mariya Suzuki here.
If you want to know more about me or the process of writing Beneath Blair Mountain, here’s a mini-interview and a Routineology submission I did for 1888. You can also find more about me, my work, and the story of how Beneath Blair Mountain came to be right here on Salt and Iron. You can just click pretty much anywhere, but here is a good place to start.
I hope you’ll give my debut novella a gander, particularly if you’re a fan of history, old school fey folk, the bleak winterscape of the American dream, dashing Irish rabblerousers, the restless spirits of Boston, and particularly juicy apples.
